Grant History

LIT – The Leaders in Training Program was set up to assist Boys & Girls’ Clubs in the Greater Los Angeles Area in engaging youth 13 – 18 yrs old with better teen programming utilizing components of volunteerism, rewards based programming and teen commitments and obligations.  This program has been running for over 13 years.
   
Super Resourcing – The Super Resourcing program was set up to assist the Boys & Girls Clubs infrastructure in the Greater Los Angeles Area.  This grant assists clubs in training Board & Staff members to be more efficient and effective both with daily activities as well as long term projects. This program has been running for 4 years.  


The Pacific Youth Foundation only approves 1 yr. grant requests.  The average grant from the Foundation is $40,000.
With respect for our grant process and stream lining our operations we request that only Executive Directors/CPOs contact the Foundation.  We would also like to request that after a successful grant application organizations wait one year before applying for another grant.  Our next deadline for grant requests is January 15, 2012.
